Distance: 2000m-float start
Conditions: Strong tail current, wind sporadically tail throughout the rainy morning. Water was flat.
Comments: Please note that the MV4 for CGA had fours rowers who competed in the 2nd varsity race in the first half of the regatta. Also Trinity's W1N8 rowed in the W2V8 race and Trinity's W2N8 rowed in the W1N8 race since Coast Guard did not have a W2N8.
Some starts were above and below the line. The winners were the same as above in the second race.
Due to the potential for short races the crews rowed two races with about 1.5 hours rest in between. Thanks to the efforts of Laura Kunkemuller, our referee and the cooperation of the coaches and athletes of the two schools we ran 15 races in 2.5 hours.
