2022 Outlook - "We are looking forward to having a spring racing season; the first in two years. We were unable to train or race in the spring 2019 or 2020-21 season, so we don't have anything to compare ourselves to. The team is young, in terms of sprint racing experience, so we are looking to build a solid foundation. Any results will be the building blocks for moving the team forward.
"We are also focusing more on smaller events to encourage inner-squad competition and to enhance the overall skill of the athletes. I think there's a lot of potential to be competitive and plenty of room for growth. We're just excited to be back in the sprint racing game."

2021 Outlook - "It's been an interesting year for our program, as it is for many. We haven't been able to practice or convene since spring training of 2020; so we're perpetually evolving how we develop as a team. We've done a lot of virtual connecting with workouts & team challenges. My hope for the spring of 2021 is that we can dust off our ergs & get some quality meters in. I'm also feeling cautiously optimistic that we can take our boats out for a spin and remind ourselves of the joy (and pain) of a good, solid row. I'd certainly love to do some racing, but that remains to be seen."

2018 Outlook - "The men are coming in off of a successful fall season that saw several medals with nearly every rower earning at least one medal. Winter training yielded excellent results; year-over-year we are faster at this point than last year and the men are well equipped to improve on their results from Vails and ACRAs last year."

2018 Outlook - "With a turnover in leadership from the women’s captains has also come new opportunities for underclassmen to assume leadership roles. With a large push from the current Junior class, the women have seen a fair amount of success over the fall and greatly improved their skills over the winter. Looking forward to the spring, they are looking forward to getting out on the racecourse and finding some competitive results, with a strong focus on making grand finals at Vails and ACRA."
