We aim to model an intentionally welcoming and positive environment for first-time youth athletes. The ideal candidate is excited to introduce young people to the sport and make rowing more accessible for people of color and those facing socio-economic barriers to participation.
This position can expect 10 hours / week within a pay range of $20 - $21.50 / hour.
Mandatory Curriculum Training Dates: Jun 13, 2024
Camp Sessions: July 8 - 26 and August 5 - 23
