This is a picture taken of me after winning the collegiate men's event at Ergomania on Feb 4, 2012. I'd never thrown up after pulling a 2k before, so I insisted that my teammate take a picture. There is no actual vomit in this photo, but on my face you can see all the familiar pain and relief that comes with finishing a 2k. Thumbs up to the rowers!

Slider Mayhem
Submitted by: Todd Wilson
(February 1, 2012)
From the Winter Wolf Howl Ergatta. Our first events were 2x on slides and it was the bomb! Kids through masters loved it and stroke ratings were high - like mid 40s for many - great way to teach higher ratings with lighter power application. In the photo of the girls on slides, it is Miriam Baer from the Minnesota Boat Club (MBC) looking on. The USB cables coming from the ergs were suspended by bungy-cords and create a tokyo street car line look, chaos. PM4s next year!
