Tiff Wood Turns 60
Submitted by: Susan Wood
(August 21, 2012)
So it was Tiff's 60th birthday Aug 20. As a gift, the Willamett Rowing Club gave him a special walker painted team colors of red and white with HARVARD on the seat (in case he forgets where he went to college), sculling grips on the handles, A megaphone attached, with a speaker so he can yell at people to get out of his way, and based upon Tiff's self diagnosed exercise induced turrets syndrome, laminated flash cards were attached to assist him to express how he really feels... Also attached is a pinwheel that spins quite easily as you walk, and is wired to a speed coach so he knows his split. I imagine this could all be politically incorrect, but heck, I thought it was great fun!
